Last week we ordered bharali vangi , paneer, batate vade and motichur laddu for one get together. Overall food quality was excellent. Very delightful experience. Specifically I want to give more than 5 stars for laddu and batate vade. These items were so mouthwatering and tasty that one would keep eating them. Bharali vangi had real maharashtrian touch and we all enjoyed all of the food items. I would strongly recommend RAGA AUTHENTIC CUISINES for any party. Thank you Gaurav for such a delicious food !!!

Raga catered dinner for a small gathering with friends. Hara Bhara Kabab was well done and full of flavor. I had high hopes for Paneer Lababdar and they surpassed it! Softest paneer I've ever had in the US...turns out they make it fresh in-house instead of buying it off the freezer. Methi Matar Malai had authentic Indian roots unlike the western versions in routine restaurants. Very impressed with first time order...keep up the good work, Gaurav Vaidya!!

For our family get-together, we ordered from Gaurav and it was an absolute flavor extravaganza! The Chicken Biryani was an aromatic masterpiece, while the Gobhi 65 offered a delightful crunch. The Veg Biryani provided a pleasant surprise with its burst of flavors. As for the Chicken Curry, it was the epitome of rich, perfectly spiced Indian goodness.
Every dish was a work of art, and the taste lingered long after the last bite.
I've also had the privilege of savoring Gaurav's Indian sweets and other dishes, and the taste is simply indescribable. Gaurav is a real artist and incredibly dynamic in kitchen. Whether it's Western, Indian, or any other cuisine, each dish he crafts leaves a taste that's difficult to forget.

We had occasion to order some dishes from Dussehra menu from Raga Authentic Cuisines. We had Shrikhand, Batatyachi Bhaji & Tomato Saar (Soup). The food was incredibly delicious and we were very happy with warm and friendly service.
